Refund policy

We hope you love all the goodies you get from The Box Party, but if for any reason you don't, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will happily sort it out for you.  Please email us at hello@theboxparty.co.uk with RETURN in the title and let us know the problem and the items you wish to return. You will have 14 days from receipt of your goods to get the  item/s back to us, at your own cost.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know us as soon as possible by putting FAULTY / DAMAGED in the heading at hello@theboxparty.co.uk and attach a photo if possible. You will then have 30 days to return your item to us and receive a full refund. ​

If you would like to do an exchange, please can you get in touch with us as above with EXCHANGE in the heading and return your unwanted items to us asap and then place a new order on the website. 

Refunds will be for the total sum of your purchase minus delivery costs. Once we have processed your refund, the money should be back in your account within 5-10 working days.

When you’re returning anything, we recommend that you use the recorded delivery service in case anything happens to your goods along the way!
